Return & refund policy

If your doll gets lost in the mail, we'll make you a new one for free. And if you're not happy with it, we'll give you your money back as long as you return the doll. In 13 years, we've had very few issues like this, but we always do our best to make our customers happy.

Shipping info

Your doll will be shipped within 5 days (a week at the most) after you buy it, and we'll give you a tracking number right away. We use regular mail to send out our dolls, because after 13 years, we've found it to be the most reliable, even if it's not the quickest. If you're not there when they try to deliver, they'll take it to your local post office. Since we're in the Czech Republic, it usually takes a few days for your doll to arrive within the EU, but it might take up to two weeks to other countries.
