BJD MATERIALS & TECHNOLOGY
1. Photopolymer (Resin)

Our high-precision photopolymer resin lineup offers the classic, high-end feel of traditional polyurethane. Utilizing advanced ZBrush 3D modeling, Eve Studio Dolls engineers ball joints with jewelry-like precision for flawless posing and seamless anatomy. A key advantage is our rich in-mass tinting palette. By combining custom colors and translucency, we achieve realistic visual effects. While this resin requires meticulous manual finishing, our recent in-studio technology upgrades have optimized production, allowing us to deliver this premium line at a more accessible value.
2. Polyamide (nylon)

Our premium polyamide lineup features a gorgeous, velvety tactile texture that feels amazing to hold. Engineered using advanced SLS 3D printing technology and high-grade Polyamide, these BJD animal companions are incredibly tough, lightweight, and virtually impossible to break or crack even if dropped. Eve Studio Dolls utilizes advanced articulation design for exceptionally reliable joints. Each model is deep-dyed (acid-etched), meaning the color infuses directly into the material structure and will not wear off at high-friction joint points.

Care & Washing Guide
Our premium BJD components are fully water-resistant. You can safely wash your doll with water and mild soap using a soft foam sponge. Please handle hand-painted acrylic details (such as custom stripes or spots) with extra care during cleaning.
-
Gradients & Polyamide Solid Colors: These are achieved through a specialized chemical etching process developed by Eve Studio Dolls, making the coloration incredibly durable and resistant to wear.
-
Solid-Colored Photopolymer Resin: These premium colors are tinted directly in the mass. This is our most resilient coloration method, capable of withstanding not only the most intensive washing but also scratches, handling wear, and manual sanding/finishing without losing its base tone.
-
Sunlight & UV Protection: Do not store or display your polyamide or photopolymer resin dolls in direct sunlight. Prolonged UV exposure can cause the colors to fade slightly. While white parts may shift beautifully toward a soft ivory tone, they will never turn into that unpleasant, harsh yellow common to traditional polyurethane.

How We Assemble Our Articulated Cats
Every premium BJD cat by Eve Studio Dolls undergoes a meticulous manual assembly and stringing process. We carefully thread a high-tension elastic cord through the precision-engineered internal channels of the photopolymer resin or polyamide components. The assembly begins from the tip of the tail, systematically connecting each articulated segment to achieve fluid, true-to-life feline movement, exceptional pose stability, and seamless joint integration.

Our Eye Manufacturing Process
The captivating, expressive gaze of each Eve Studio Dolls companion is achieved through our custom eye manufacturing process. We carefully install high-end glass eyes into the large eye sockets, meticulously matching the orientation to give your articulated art doll an intense, soul-stirring look. Every pair is precisely fitted to seamlessly complement the specific feline facial structure, creating a hyper-detailed, lifelike focal point that beautifully catches photographic lighting.
