1. If I place an order now, when will I get my doll?
Delivery times vary depending on whether you're buying a ready-made doll or placing a custom order. For ready-made dolls, we ship within 3-5 business days using standard postal services. We've found this to be the most reliable method for ensuring your doll arrives safely, even if it might take a little longer for international orders.Inside the EU, it should arrive in a few days, for international orders, it might take 1-2 weeks.
If you place a custom order (pre-order, backorder, or individual order), please allow for some additional processing time while we create your doll. We strive to create dolls of the highest quality, which means each one is made individually.. This process typically takes 2 to 4 months. A 50% deposit is required to start your order. The remaining balance and shipping costs are due before the doll is shipped. We'll send you photos for approval before shipping. Please understand that we may need to make adjustments or re-work certain parts to ensure the highest quality. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Feel free to reach out anytime to ask about the status of your order. I usually get back to you within 1-2 days.

2. What happens if the doll is lost during shipping?
Out of 13 years, we've only had two lost dolls. We replaced them for free, but it turns out they were both found and returned to us.
3. What if the doll arrives with something broken during shipping (like a missing eye or a lost magnet)?

Don't worry if something's not quite right with your new doll. We'll take care of it for you. Just send it back, and we'll repair it free of charge and cover the return shipping.

4. I have a unique design for a doll in mind. Can you create a doll that matches my exact specifications?

Definitely! Let's make something entirely new and original.

5. What kind of materials do you use, and how reliable and long-lasting are they?
We use two different ways to make our dolls: SLS and photopolymer. Both have their cool things! SLS uses a super strong material called polyamide, it's like the toughest stuff you can use for dolls. We color it using a special technique (called deep dyeing) and it feels so soft and velvety. It's perfect for my animal dolls! Photopolymer is smooth and rubbery, like real skin. We can mix in tons of colors, so it's great for our Lily dolls and human-like dolls.
Our dolls are very durable with long-lasting colors. They have strong joints, hold poses well, and can be played with, carried around, and photographed for comic stories. They don't just have to sit on a shelf.

6. What makes your dolls so expensive?

Creating these dolls is a really involved process. I start by sculpting them digitally in Zbrush. It takes months of tweaking and perfecting each mold, and often we have to go through several rounds of modeling, printing, and assembling before we're happy with the result. The hardest part is getting the anatomy, movement, and overall look just right. I take great pride in the joints I have created.

After that, we print the resin parts. We use three special printers that use liquid resin to create the pieces. The materials are a bit pricey, but we've managed to keep costs down, so we can offer more affordable resin dolls. It's not always easy though – there are always little mistakes or issues that pop up, and we often have to reprint parts or tweak the printers.

Polyamide dolls are a different story. Making them is a more expensive process. We need huge industrial printers, and the bigger the doll, the more it costs to print. That's why our larger polyamide dolls are pricier – most of the cost is for the printing. But I think it's worth it. This material is super strong and durable, and these dolls are practically indestructible. I have a great partner in Germany who prints the polyamide parts for me. They do an amazing job, their print quality is unparalleled.

Okay, so the parts are done, but now the real fun starts! The polyamide needs a good scrub, and the resin has to be sanded and polished. After that, it's time to paint, assemble, make the eyes, and paint the faces (there are a few videos about this on our YouTube channel). I absolutely love it, but it takes countless hours of careful work. That's why our dolls are a bit pricier.
